 July 20, 2008 - Our dates where pretty set for July, with everybody no having other options. Tara was great in helping me, I am pretty picky and could of spent days going into each hotel site, but we narrowed it down and she got what we wanted and the air time was great too. She was so helpful and did a wonderful job. Thank you Tara, I look forward to working with you again. |

 July 18 - 2008 Kalei was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. She responded with incredible speed and was patient with us. This is a big trip for us and we were quite cautious. Your agency appealed to me as being much more in touch with the arrangements by located in Hawaii. I already feel like I have a friend in Hawaii. This is the first time I did something of this magnitude over the internet and telephone. Now that we have the main plans in place, I look forward to planning our daily itineraries. |

 July 12, 2008 - My experience with Hawaii Aloha Travel could not have been better, it's funny I have no idea how I found this website but am so glad I did. I filled out a form, sent it in and within just a couple of hours got a response. Malia has been so good! She has dealt with date changes, island changes, she never skipped a beat. You have one very special employee there. She was just the best. She had a family emergency and Yaling jumped right in for her, picked right up where Malia left off and immediately turned it over to her when she returned. July 6, 2008 - Hey Kalei,Just wanted to let you know that the trip was great! The hotel was really cute and when we got there, we got some upgrade to a full ocean view, which we were obviously thrilled about. The car p/u went VERY smoothly and we managed to get a nice PT cruiser, so again, we were happy. We really had a lot of fun in the laid back type of environment compared to our hectic lifestyles and everyone was so nice! It only took us a day though to realize how horribly packed waikiki beach gets by noon, so we managed to get up early and only stay until about one. We also LOVED kahlua beach; it was so beautiful, but Hanauma Bay really hurt us with all those rocks even wearing the flippers, but again, it was beautiful scenery. Diamond head was a bitch of a hike up all those steps (especially with 4 buses of chinese high schools running up behind us) but again, the scenery at the top was great. Overall, we had a great time. We want to come back and do 4 days on the big island and 4 in maui. Thanks for all your help, just wanted to let you know how it all panned out!!!Liz Povinelli |

 July 3, 2008 Abby, We Just Got Back This Morning And Boy Are We Tired! The Polynesian Cultural Center Was Perfect. They Had The Tickets Waiting And I Just Left A List With Them As To Who Got What Tickets And They Did The Rest. As You Might Have Figured, The Last 2 That Caused Me So Much Grief, Didn't Show Up. But The People At The Center Must Have Kept Track That We Still Had Some Tickets To Give Out Because That Night Before The Luau Started The Announcer Stopped And Asked If The Whole Valerie Fackrell Party Was There. That Was Cool To Think That They Would Take That Time & Effort. By The Way, There Was Also Another LaRocca Girls Soccer Team & The State Of Utah Soccer Association Head Haunchos There That Night. ( We Are From The LaRocca Soccer Club Also ) Who Would Have Thought. Thanks Abby For All The Hard Work You Did For Us. I Will Be Recommending You To Everyone. Plus My Kids Want To Come Back Next Year. What Islands Do you Suggest We See - So That We Can Start Planning Now. ( Maui Is A Gimmie ) Aloha Valeri |

June 23, 2008 - Kalei, Just wanted to let you know that our trip to Maui was great. We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin and having Whaler's Village next store was very convenient. The Luau in Lahaina was also a very nice experience. Gina and I went horseback riding and also took a trip to Haleakala, which was beautiful. The only snag in the whole trip was the fact the Westin did not have a king sized bed. However, they upgraded us to a larger room with a spectacular ocean view. I wasn't sure if we had paid for the breakfast buffet but we also received vouchers for the buffet. My boss is also contemplating a trip to Hawaii as his anniversary is in October.  June 20, 2008 - Ash, the vow renewal was freaking amazing! Rev Ron and the photographer he used was the best! U have to use this combo for future Maui weddings. Seriously, they were the best. We did the sunset vows on Makena beach and the pics were just unreal! I will send u some pics when we get back. Hyatt in Maui was absolutely amazing. The kids loved it! The only thing that sucked was the parking, other than that the whole crew there was freaking great! Thanks Ashley!Tony Downs |

 June 14, 2008 - I want to let you know that in last few days when I worked out the iternery with Christine, I have experienced one of the best customer services I ever encountered in any kind! Just to let you know due to job nature I am a frequent travelers as many as 30 international trips a year around the world; and each year I usually take 2~3 vacations like this type with my family. I have many experiences dealing with agents, travel experts, hotels, car rental, but the service Christine offered is 2nd to none! It is measured from timeliness, quality of response, recommendation, think in customers shoes, and best of all, seems that she doesn't sleep...... we are from Hong Kong (18 hours ahead of Hawaii), and I think I have received her mail at US time 1am, 4am, 7am, 10pm, and of course in your normal office hours, seems she is just there at our time zone! While am able to enjoy the coming vacation in July, am already enjoy the best part of what Hawaii is offering! Hopefully the trip will go smooth then I will send your company and full complimentary note! |

June 3 2008 - Sorry to be so long in replying about our trip you helped us with May 1-8. We really enjoyed and want to return possibly next year. We were pleased with everything. The only complainat was the rooms at Aqua Waikiki Wave were noisy. The room doors were very loud and woke us up several times during the night and early morning. May 30, 2008 - Working with Abby for our family vacation was a blessing. We did not require to change the package she suggested at all. With the wonderful accommodations at the Resort Quest Waikiki Beach Tower condo, we were in heaven. We had an awesome view from our terrace balcony right on Waikiki beach. Abby did a wonderful job for us, answering all of our questions promptly, giving us great information and suggestions for a fun packed and educational stay in Honolulu. The Polynesian Cultural Center was wonderful, as well as the emotional tour of the USS Arizona Memorial. Thanks to you Abby we had a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to working with you again next year. Mahalo. |

May 26, 2008 - Aloha, Christine, We just got back from our Hawaii trip, and I have to tell you that we had a spectacular time. I can't thank you enough for all the work you did for us. Everything you picked was wonderful. We didn't have any problems at all. The rental cars were all ready, the flights went perfectly (all on time and no lost luggage), the hotels you picked could not have been more beautiful. We even had champagne delivered to our room at two of the hotels, and we received lovely gifts at several hotels. Hawaiian Airlines was great. All of our reservations were perfect. I will recommend you highly to anyone I know who wants to go to Hawaii. Christine, each place was unbelievably beautiful. The views we had were gorgeous. May 19, 2008 - Hello Abby, We had a total blast! The Hyatt was AWESOME, Abby, you definitely head the nail on the head with that suggestion…it was everything we wanted and more! The pool areas were so impressive, just what I had in mind. The spa was delicious, the gym facilities outstanding…I’m running out of adjectives! We took the boys for private surfing lessons at the Goofy Foot Surf School in Lahaina for their birthday, had a spa day for our anniversary, did the Eco-Adventure Zipline Hike, and the Molokini Snorkle Cruise on the Four Winds II. Everything we did was fun and exciting, well worth the money spent and worthy of nearly 1000 pictures. By the way, thanks for the gift left for us at the Hyatt…it made for some good snacking after all that swimming! Abby, we were thrilled with every aspect of the vacation.  April 23, 2008 - Aloha Angelica, We returned home on Monday afternoon from our memorable trip to Hawaii. The trip was superb and we heartily thank you for all the arrangements that you made which made the travelling so easy! Your suggestions for visits to various places were excellent! In Maui, we drove on "Road to Hana", attended Old Lahaina Luau and went for whale watching. In Kauai, we drove to Hanaleh beach, visited Gurudeva temple and went on Sunset cruise. In Big Island, we drove North of Hilo till the Valley of Waipou, visited the Volcano on our way to Kona, went on Black sand beach and drove till the South tip of the US. We also went on Atlantis Submarine trip! Our flights and connections were on time except one hour delay from Atlanta to Ohahu but didn't miss our connection to Maui. Our stay in the hotels was very good and car rentals were very cooperative. On the whole, this trip was most exciting, relaxing and satisfactory! April 20, 2008 - Aloha Kalei, Just a note to let you know everything worked out perfectly! Two of the best weeks ever! Every flight, transfer, car rental, hotel and resort were coordinated perfectly. The Outrigger even upgraded us to a deluxe ocean view room free of charge. We were a little concerned at first dealing with a Hawaiian travel agency over the Internet, but, with your local expertise, you did arrange better deals than our local agencies could and at a better price. Waikiki, golf at Ka'anapali, the luau, the road to Hana, quiet beach nights, flight over the erupting volcano (AWESOME).... hard to pick a highlight. Everyday was an adventure. We are tentatively planning to return to Hawaii in April 2010 for 10 days this time bringing our children and grandchild. Hopefully finding a 2 to 3 bedroom condo on Oahu as a base with a day or perhaps an overnight to Kauai from there. We definitely would love to work with you on that vacation if possible. April 16 2008 - Hi Angelica. Well sad news first, our vacation has ended and Maureen and myself are back in Florida working again. I wanted to write and thank you for all the work and planning you did for us. I normally do all the vacation planning myself but this time you gave me a good feeling to use an agent. I liked your personal approach and it made us feel very comfortable. When Aloha Air went you responded very quickly to make sure our vacation was not interrupted in any way. Talking with other people who used agents like AAA where not so lucky. Your choice of Hotels was perfect. The car hire worked well. Our whole experience in Hawaii was terrific and a lot of that is down to your expertise in making all our arrangement. April 10, 2008 - Ashley, thank you for all the help. This was a tough time because ATA closed their doors but you were able to save our trip. If I was the only thing I could tell you is that we are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on April 16th.
